The first step in the buyback process is to determine the current market price of the precious metal or rare coin you wish to sell.
For bullion and investment grade gold, your Blanchard representative can provide an instant price quote. In some cases, we will need to physically examine these precious metals before making an offer. We will guide you through the entire process, including secure shipment and estimated payment arrival. NOTE: Your buyback price will not be locked in until after you call us with your UPS or U.S. Postal Service shipment registration number.
For rare coins, we will walk you through the entire liquidation process, including secure shipping instructions and estimated payment arrival date. You can also call us at any time to receive a quote, but we will need to physically examine your rare coin(s) before making a firm purchase offer.
We will also gladly consider buying bullion, investment grade gold and rare coins that you did not purchase from Blanchard.
For bullion and investment grade gold, please contact us to get a quote and begin the process.
For rare coins, we will only consider those that have been graded, certified and “slabbed” (sealed in a plastic case) by either Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) or Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC).
Blanchard does not buy coins that have not been graded by PCGS or NGC, or that are not “slabbed” in a plastic case. If either of these conditions describes your rare coin, you must decide if you’d like the coin to be professionally graded and slabbed before we will consider buying it.
We’ll buy back anything we sell to you, at any time.
