Shipping & Insurance

2021 Update: Shipping times may be delayed on some items, especially generic silver, due to the current demand on physical metals.  Production delays are expected for the immediate future while the supply chain works hard to meet current demand.  Please contact us any time for an update on your order at customerservice@blanchardgold.com or 800-880-4653.  We appreciate your patience.

 

Carriers

We ship your order registered and insured through the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us containing your tracking number.

Please also note:  Unless you live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, Virginia and Wyoming, Blanchard may be required to charge tax on shipping.  Please consult your local tax regulations for clarification.

For added security, a signature is required upon delivery.  If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notification slip stating that an attempt was made to deliver your package.  The carrier will also attempt to redeliver up to three times before sending the package back to Blanchard.  If you know you will not be home to receive your package, please let us know and we can arrange to have your package held at the facility nearest you for pickup.

Once your payment has cleared, we will begin packaging and shipping your order.

All of our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped, typically in corrugated boxes, and do not give any indication as to the contents inside, or who the package is from.

We have streamlined our shipping and insurance charges and now offer a flat rate fee of $23 for orders up to $299 and free shipping for orders $300 or more.
