For whatever reason you only allow 5 minutes to setup an account with banking info and to pay. With all the verifications that had to be done it took me 2 phones and at minimum 6 tries....that's annoying. We usually shop with APMEX and everything isn't on a timed rushed situation which makes for a much smoother process.

History
The Indian Head Half Eagle was introduced in 1908 during a period of significant transformation in American gold coinage. Sculptor Bela Lyon Pratt created matching designs for the $5 Half Eagle and $2.50 Quarter Eagle, using an unusual incuse technique that distinguished the coins from other circulating U.S. issues.
Indian Head Half Eagles were produced from 1908 through 1916, followed by a final issue in 1929. Coins were struck at the Philadelphia, Denver, San Francisco, and New Orleans Mints during the life of the series. The design's recessed devices and lack of a traditional raised rim represented a dramatic departure from conventional U.S. coinage of the era.
Design
The obverse features a left-facing Native American portrait wearing a feathered headdress. LIBERTY appears above the portrait, thirteen stars surround the design, and the date appears below. The portrait, lettering, stars, and date are recessed into the surface of the coin rather than raised above the fields.
The reverse depicts a standing eagle perched on a bundle of arrows with an olive branch intertwined around them. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and E PLURIBUS UNUM appear above the eagle, while IN GOD WE TRUST and the denomination FIVE DOLLARS complete the design. Mintmarked issues carry the mintmark above the olive branch on the reverse. The recessed design gives the Indian Head Half Eagle its distinctive appearance within U.S. gold coinage.
