History

The Swiss refiner and manufacturer, Valcambi, is well-respected by precious metal buyers around the world. They are an innovative company that has created their own version of different size bars and also ‘invented’ a “combi bar,” which allows the owner of the bar to be broken into equal gram pieces.
But Valcambi makes more than just the “Combi bars” – they make the original and traditional bars that the marketplace has embraced for decades. Their new and ground-breaking bars have also been well-received by the investing public.
The Gram bars were initially resisted by the American public because of the unfamiliarity of Americans with metric measurements. As Americans have become more familiar, there is less-resistance to grams or other metric sizes. Most American investors know that a Troy Ounce contains 31.1 grams, so a 20 gram bar is a bit bigger than a one-half ounce.

Design

Valcambi bars are all manufactured of .9999 Fine Gold. They are made with the highest integrity and Valcambi strictly adhere to all industry standards and practices. It is, today, a highly-respected manufacturer.
20 Gram bars are a great option for collectors and investors alike. Their price point of entry is a welcome addition to other size gold bars.
