I could not find a way to use e-check on checkout so I will have to mail a check. My bank charges to much for a wire transfer.

Shipping took awhile. Both to be shipped and the delivery/travel time. I called Blanchard to inquire when it would be shipped and left a voicemail. No returned call, but received a shipping and tracking notification the next morning.

Great selection but system can be quirky when purchasing

The 1907 $20 Saint-Gaudens High Relief is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and influential coins in American numismatics. This example, graded MS64+ by PCGS and certified by CAC, offers outstanding visual appeal and historical significance. It represents the Flat Edge variant of this iconic issue, produced in limited numbers and admired for its artistic excellence and technical precision.

Commissioned by President Theodore Roosevelt as part of his campaign to enhance the beauty of U.S. coinage, the High Relief Double Eagle was designed by world-renowned sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens. The coin was struck in exceptionally high relief to highlight every detail of the design, which features a powerful image of Liberty advancing forward with torch and olive branch in hand, backed by radiant sun rays and a ring of stars. The reverse showcases an eagle in flight above a rising sun, symbolizing strength, freedom, and a new era for American coinage.

This Flat Edge variety is slightly scarcer than its Wire Edge counterpart and is believed to have been struck later in the production sequence. The coin displays strong luster, bold definition, and a clean surface for the grade. Liberty’s gown, facial features, and the eagle’s feathers are sharply struck, while the fields show minimal abrasions. The PCGS grade of MS64+ positions this coin just shy of gem condition, and the CAC sticker confirms its place in the upper tier of quality for this level.

Fewer than 12,000 High Relief Double Eagles were struck in total, and today they are considered cornerstone pieces in advanced collections. Their limited mintage, unmatched design, and association with one of the most important artistic movements in U.S. coinage history ensure continued demand.

A LITTLE STICKER MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.

Within each number of the coin grading scale is a small range of condition from low-end to high-end. Certified coins of the same grade can be of varying quality. Many of today’s collectors want coins that are solid or premium quality for their assigned grade. CAC holds coins to a higher standard so you can be confident in the value of yours. We verify previously graded coins … and award our sticker only to those coins that meet the standard for today’s selective buyer.

WHAT THE CAC STICKER MEANS:

  • Verified. Your coin has been verified as meeting the standard for strict quality within its grade.
  • Guaranteed. CAC stands behind our verification.

THE CAC STICKER IS BACKED BY EXPERIENCE.

CAC was founded by leading members of the numismatic community, including John Albanese, a respected authority on coin grading and the rare coin market.
