American Silver Eagle bullion coins have been extremely popular since they were first minted since 1986.  These American silver bullion coins offered collectors and investors products that are all struck of .999 Fine Silver and each coin contains One Troy Ounce of pure silver. In that way, they have the same specifications as do other worldwide silver bullion coins.
The Obverse of these coins is based on the extremely popular ‘Walking Liberty’ design, created by Adolph Weinman back in 1916. He created this design for the circulating ‘Walking Liberty Half Dollar’ series that were struck between 1916 and 1947.
On the obverse, Miss Liberty walks towards the viewers’ left. Her right arm is outstretched in a friendly gesture and there are bundles of olive branches cradled in her left arm. Liberty is wearing flowing robes and there is an American flag around her shoulders. Above her figure is the word. “LIBERTY,” to the right is “IN GOD WE TRUST,” and below her is the date of striking.
The reverse depicts a beautiful design of a flying American Eagle. As this large bird is now about to land, she is also carrying an olive branch in her talons. Emily S. Damstra was the Canadian-American artist who created this beautiful design for the United States Mint. No changes had been made to the design of the obverse of the reverse for the first 35 years of striking these important coins. Around the eagle, on the coin’s peripheries are the  phrases, “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “ONE DOLLAR,” and “1 OZ. FINE SILVER.”
This coin is a 2024 American Silver Eagle, graded ‘MS70,’ with the designation of “FIRST STRIKE,” and there is a flag from American Revolutionary War days that states “DON’T TREAD ON ME.”
This coin has been authenticated, graded, and encapsulated by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). PCGS is a major coin grading service and the opinions that they render on coin grading are consistent, reliable, and accepted by collectors and dealers throughout the hobby.
The grade ‘MS70’ means that PCGS considers this coin as being in PERFECT condition. The ‘FIRST STRIKE,’ designation means that the coin was one of the earliest submissions of these coins sent to PCGS for grading.  To obtain the “FIRST STRIKE (FS)” designation from PCGS the coin has to be submitted to PCGS within 30 days of the US Mint’s release of the issue. The “DON’T TREAD ON ME” designation gives this coin a further cache.
