Doug Grego
I enlisted in the U.S. Army two weeks after graduating high school and proudly served for six years. After completing my enlistment, I attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where I earned a degree in Biological Sciences in 1994, followed by an advanced degree in Critical Care Nursing in 1996. For the next 13 years, I worked as a trauma RN in level-one trauma facilities in New Orleans and across the United States. I began my career at Blanchard in 2009 and plan to continue contributing to this great company until the day I retire.
I have a deep love for the outdoors and enjoy working with my hands. As a skilled carpenter and cattle raiser, I spend much of my time on the land, building, maintaining, and nurturing what I value most. My Christian faith keeps me grounded and guides both my work and personal life. I believe in the value of things that are tangible—whether it’s building my own homes, raising generations of cattle, or investing in and owning precious metals.
