I had to use four different credit cards before one was accepted. They all have a very large balance of available credit. Maybe it’s the credit card company’s fault anyway I finally got it done

Introduction
The 1991-S 1 oz American Silver Eagle graded NGC PF69 Ultra Cameo is a near-perfect proof example from the early years of the American Silver Eagle series. Struck at the San Francisco Mint, this collector issue contains one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. Its PF69 grade places it just one point below a perfect PF70, while the Ultra Cameo designation recognizes the strong contrast between its frosted devices and deeply mirrored fields.
History
The American Silver Eagle program debuted in 1986 following authorization under the Liberty Coin Act of 1985. Alongside bullion coins, the U.S. Mint produced specially prepared proof Silver Eagles for collectors, featuring polished fields and sharply defined design elements.
In 1991, the San Francisco Mint produced 511,925 proof American Silver Eagles. The 1991-S was the sixth annual proof issue in the series and belongs to the original Type 1 generation of the Silver Eagle. Proof Silver Eagles continued to be struck at San Francisco through 1992 before production shifted to the Philadelphia Mint in 1993.
Design
The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's Walking Liberty design, originally created for the Walking Liberty Half Dollar. Liberty strides toward the rising sun while draped in the American flag and carrying branches of laurel and oak. The inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 1991 complete the obverse.
The reverse features John Mercanti's heraldic eagle behind a shield, holding an olive branch and arrows. Thirteen stars above the eagle represent the original colonies. The inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER, ONE DOLLAR, and E PLURIBUS UNUM complete the design. The S mintmark identifies the coin as a San Francisco Mint proof.
