bought a coin - expected some letter of authenticity. Rceive coin in a slip (not even a plastic case) from a random "fullfilment center" - I have no way of knowing whether the coin is actually real or a knockoff. Would not have bought

You advertised random silver eagle coin rounds with the picture of a silver eagle coin which I believed was a silver eagle coin and the randomness being the year like many other sites. You then sent rounds (I paid an enormous premium for something I wouldn't even consider purchasing) and the initial tracking number was not associated with the actual USPS delivery tracking number and I could not track my package. It also took an insane amount of time for the delivery compared to other companies. The only positive part of my experience was when I reached out customer service about tracking issues they were very responsive. Very deceitful sales practice.
