For whatever reason you only allow 5 minutes to setup an account with banking info and to pay. With all the verifications that had to be done it took me 2 phones and at minimum 6 tries....that's annoying. We usually shop with APMEX and everything isn't on a timed rushed situation which makes for a much smoother process.

History
Introduced in 1892, the Barber Half Dollar was designed by Charles E. Barber, Chief Engraver of the United States Mint. The design was part of a broader redesign of the nation's silver coinage that also introduced the Barber Dime and Barber Quarter. The half dollar remained in production through 1915 before being succeeded by the Walking Liberty Half Dollar in 1916.
The Philadelphia Mint struck only 880 proof Barber Half Dollars in 1895. These coins were produced specifically for collectors using specially prepared dies and planchets. Cameo examples display noticeable contrast between frosted devices and mirrored fields, adding another level of visual distinction to the proof format.
Design
The obverse features Charles E. Barber's right-facing portrait of Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap, laurel wreath, and headband inscribed LIBERTY. The motto IN GOD WE TRUST appears above, thirteen stars surround the portrait, and the date 1895 is positioned below.
The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with a Union shield on its breast, holding an olive branch and arrows in its talons. A ribbon bearing E PLURIBUS UNUM appears in the eagle's beak, with thirteen stars positioned above. The inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and HALF DOLLAR identify the issuing nation and denomination. As a Philadelphia Mint issue, the coin carries no mintmark.
