I had to use four different credit cards before one was accepted. They all have a very large balance of available credit. Maybe it’s the credit card company’s fault anyway I finally got it done

Introduction
The 2027 1 Kilo Lunar Goat Silver Coin celebrates the Year of the Goat as part of The Perth Mint's Australian Lunar Series III. Struck from one kilogram of .9999 fine silver, this substantial bullion coin contains 32.151 troy ounces of silver and features an annually changing design inspired by the Chinese lunar calendar. Issued as Australian legal tender, the coin carries a face value of $30 AUD.
History
The Perth Mint's Australian Lunar Series III continues a tradition of precious metal coins honoring the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac. The third series began in 2020 with the Year of the Mouse and features a new animal each year across a range of gold, silver, and platinum bullion coins.
The 2027 release celebrates the Year of the Goat, the eighth animal in the traditional Chinese zodiac. Previous Years of the Goat include 2015, 2003, 1991, and 1979. In Chinese tradition, the Goat is associated with qualities including creativity, compassion, calmness, and resilience.
The 1 kilo edition is one of the largest silver formats in the 2027 Lunar Goat bullion range. Its expansive 100.90 mm diameter provides a substantial canvas for the detailed Year of the Goat artwork while offering more than 32 troy ounces of .9999 fine silver in a single legal-tender coin.
Design
The reverse, designed by Natasha Muhl, depicts a mature goat, a young goat, and a baby goat grazing peacefully together. The scene represents the auspicious phrase "Three Goats Bring Bliss," traditionally associated with the arrival of spring, renewal, and prosperous new beginnings. A plum blossom tree symbolizes purity, resilience, and hope. The design also includes the Chinese character for goat, the inscription GOAT 2027, and The Perth Mint's P mintmark.
The obverse features Dan Thorne's effigy of His Majesty King Charles III. The portrait is accompanied by inscriptions identifying the monarch, the coin's weight, .9999 silver fineness, and $30 Australian monetary denomination.
