Web sight difficult to use kept rebooting and switching from gold to silver items. Frustrating to say the least.

You should have put my gold coin in a HIGHER QUALITY container than a simple plastic sleeve that I don't think was Mylar. Plus, the signature requirement was inconvenient, and has caused me delays from other companies.
