I had to use four different credit cards before one was accepted. They all have a very large balance of available credit. Maybe it’s the credit card company’s fault anyway I finally got it done

Introduction
The 1885-O $1 Morgan Dollar graded NGC MS67 is a superb Mint State example of a classic New Orleans silver dollar. Struck in 90% silver and preserved at the MS67 level, this coin combines the historic appeal of the New Orleans Mint with exceptional condition for the issue.
History
Designed by George T. Morgan, the Morgan Dollar was introduced in 1878 and became one of the most recognizable silver coins in American numismatics. The series was struck during an era of expanding silver production and circulated alongside large quantities that were held in government vaults for decades.
The New Orleans Mint produced 9,185,000 Morgan Dollars in 1885. Significant quantities remained in Treasury storage and were released in later decades, helping make the 1885-O one of the more accessible New Orleans Morgan Dollars in Mint State. Examples become considerably more condition-sensitive at the highest Mint State grades, making an MS67 coin a particularly well-preserved representative of the issue.
Design
The obverse features George T. Morgan's portrait of Liberty facing left, surrounded by thirteen stars and the inscriptions E PLURIBUS UNUM and 1885. Morgan modeled Liberty after Anna Willess Williams, creating a distinctly American interpretation rather than relying on traditional classical imagery.
The reverse depicts an eagle with outstretched wings holding arrows and an olive branch. A wreath surrounds the eagle, while the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR complete the design. The O mintmark beneath the wreath identifies the coin as a product of the New Orleans Mint.
