I don't recommend.

I made the order via check and didn't hear from anyone until I called over a month later to find out when the order would ship. I was told it wasn't placed but it would be that day. It amazes me that I could make an order, send a check that would be cleared, and not hear from a representative. That is very poor customer service.

Introduction
The 2026 1 oz Gold Austrian Philharmonic is one of the world’s most recognizable and trusted bullion coins, struck in .9999 fine gold by the Austrian Mint. With its celebrated musical motif and exceptional purity, this annual release continues to appeal to investors seeking long-term stability and collectors drawn to Europe’s most iconic gold coin.
History
First introduced in 1989, the Austrian Philharmonic series was designed to honor the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra—an institution renowned for its cultural significance and musical excellence. The Gold Philharmonic quickly became a global bestseller, admired for its artistic consistency, high gold purity, and strong international liquidity. Over the decades, it has established itself as a premier choice for both new and seasoned bullion buyers.
Design
The 2026 Gold Philharmonic continues the series’ signature aesthetic, featuring the Great Organ of Vienna’s Musikverein on the obverse and a collection of orchestral instruments on the reverse. These detailed engravings reflect Austria’s rich musical heritage while offering a refined and visually distinguished presentation. Struck in .9999 fine gold with a brilliant uncirculated finish, the coin showcases the precision and craftsmanship that define the Austrian Mint.
